About Me...

I’m Emma, I live in a tiny village in rural Staffordshire, not far from the edge of the Peak District on what used to be a Victorian Asylum - (yes you read that right!) I live with my husband Andrew & our Miniature Labradoodle, Toby Toe Beans!

There’s nothing I love more than beginning the day slowly, very slowly & with intention. For me, the perfect morning starts with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao in a handmade clay yunomi, savored back in bed with cuddles from my meditation sidekick, Toby Toe Beans (Mr. Toe Beans is a master mediation buddy!). From there, I ease into the day with a Kundalini Meditation & sometimes Kundalini Yoga to help me start my day with clarity, calm, & purpose before the world begins to stir.

We feel incredibly fortunate to call this peaceful corner of the world home - surrounded by meandering woodland trails, quiet canals, & open fields. It’s the perfect setting for long, soul-refreshing walks in nature with Toby. We truly love it here.

Spending time outdoors is one of my greatest joys—wandering our favourite woodland paths beneath dappled light, discovering new trails, and finding peace in the quiet presence of trees, flowing water, and the gentle company of wildlife. Nature is, without a doubt, my church - a sacred space where I return to myself again and again.

I’m deeply passionate about personal growth and self-development - forever a student of the soul. I devour books on the subject with insatiable curiosity. I am often surrounded by crystals, incense, herbs & essential oils!

Creativity is a big part of my path: I love writing, creating workshops & devotional chanting. You will always find me humming, singing or chanting mantra wherever I go.

I am someone who loves to stop & smell flowers when I walk past them.

I cross the road on purpose to pet a dogs - they’re basically epic little fur-people in my world!

I have a deep love for Southeast Asian food, a firm belief that Haagen Dazs is the only true ice cream - though a scoop from a local dairy farm might just come close if it’s really, really good.

Hands down I believe great homemade red velvet cupcakes are the best cake ever!

I believe life is too short for black shoes & anything other than incredible ice cream, rich chocolate, amazing coffee, long deep & meaningful conversations, great friendships, soulful connections!

I love to write too, and I’m currently working on my first book - a dream (very)long time in the making!
