Women’s Circles

What Exactly are Women's circles...how can I benefit from them...?

Have you been craving a sanctuary, a place where you can feel safe & truly belong, I have. A sacred & BRAVE: (bold, respectful, authentic, vulnerable and evolutionary) place. A place surrounded by powerful, heart-centred women. Where you can speak your truth & be truly heard. A place where you can feel deeply accepted. Free from judgment & expectations. A place where you are held in the arms of a community. With deep connection & Sisterhood who uplift & support you. A place to heal old sister wounds. To learn to be strong and supportive together!

To be seen, heard, known & loved for all parts of yourself. A place to allow yourself to become whole. To step into your Divine Feminine. That which you are seeking, also seeks you…

I would dearly love to have you there with us. Are you ready to take your seat in the circle?

“Rise for you, rise for me, when you rise first you rise for She.” - Rebecca Campbell

Historically referred to as red tent & moon circles, women’s circles are a beautifully created, sacred and safe space. They are created for women, by women.  Circles are a welcoming & supportive environment in which women can be heard, held & seen without judgment.

We hold space for each other, sometimes we might share & partake in ancient rituals & practices often linked to earth celebrations & festivals, lunar activity, or specific scared calendar events - (not always though)

The connection we experience at these circles helps bring us closer to each other, our true selves.

A circle is a space for self-reflection & rest. There can be rituals, like the burning of cleansing herbs, anointing of essential oils, meditation, intention-setting, co-creation.

You are encouraged to kick your shoes off at the door, don some fluffy socks, comfy clothes & allow yourself to sink into the deep relaxation that comes from understanding & accepting yourself exactly as you are - PJ’s really are welcome!

A women’s circle is an amazing opportunity to meet other like minded people, to share the wisdom of our experience & top realise we are not doing this thing called life alone.

Attending many retreats and groups, I discovered the power when women gathered & that is why it is a huge passion of mine to facilitate Women’s Circles locally.
